| Below are all of the techniques that are available for the Quincy race to learn. They specialize in archery based techniques and can learn speed related techniques earlier then other races. - Kyujutsu:
Tsuintama(Kyu, P): An incredibly basic technique used by young Quincy. Instead of firing off a single arrow, energy is gathered building up a more powerful arrow. Upon being released however two arrows are released at once instead of a single one. 600 WC to learn. +1 Str.
Keiya(Kyu, P): Basic technique employed by young Quincy. Before firing the arrow the Quincy alters the structure of the arrow causing it to have barbs on it that will inflict greater damage upon striking the target and causing them to bleed out more. 800 WC to learn. +2 Str, -2 Stamina to opponent.
Gorotama(Kyu, C): Basic Kyujutsu technique employed by the Quincy. Waving ones bow upwards vertically they release four shots quickly that fire off into the target. 900 WC to learn. +3 Spd, +3 Per.
Nagaitama(Kyu, C): Another basic Kyujutsu technique. It is performed the same way as Gorotama. However, instead of moving the bow vertically, it is instead moved horizontally firing over a larger area instead of many shots in a smaller area. 900 WC to learn. +3 Str, Spd.
Jikitama(Kyu, E): A powerful arrow that is held longer for greater speed and damage. Simply a more powerful single shot technique. 1,300 WC to learn. +5 Str, Spd.
Rasenya(Kyu, M): A single arrow fired by a master of Kyujutsu. Putting just the right amount of tilt and force into the arrow it begins to spin rapidly turning into a drill of sorts. The arrows intended target is to literally drill through the opponent putting a hole through them upon impact. 1,950 WC to learn. +5 Str, +6 Spd, Per.
Yakkou(Kyu, M): Pulling back the bow the performer of the technique holds the arrow back building up power and torque. Then, aiming the bow upwards instead of at the opponent the arrow is released to the sky. As the arrow travels upwards it will split into hundreds of arrows upon reaching the climax of its arc. The arrows rain down onto the battlefield littering the intended targets with holes galore. 2,250 WC to learn. +4 Str, +8 Spd, Per.
- Hirenkyaku:
Speed Clones(Hiren, P): This technique can create at least 15 clones of the user at once using Shunpo, similar in principle to Zommari Rureaux's Gemelos Sonído. While they are indistinguishable from the user's true self and mimic their movements, they do not seem to last long. 1,500 WC to learn. +5 Spd, Per.
Shirokaze(Hiren, E): Rapid movement speed technique. It is performed via rapid movements that are nearly impossible to trace with ones eye. It results in the creation of a clone in the location that the user was occupied. 2,400 WC to learn. +9 Spd, Per.
- Jinsoujutsu:
Chiteryuu(Jinsou, C): Technique that employs shallow strikes to key locations of the opponents body. It focuses upon striking the most vulnerable locations of a targets veins to slow blood flow and subsequently slow the targets movements temporarily. 600 WC to learn. -3 Spd to opponent for 2 turns. Does not stack.
Metsubou(Jinsou, C): Technique meant to be employed against weak and bothersome opponents. Striking at the base of the targets neck with a precise, quick strike, the target will be rendered immobile and even unconscious if performer is sufficiently powerful. 1,000 WC to learn. Does not work on targets above 20,000 Reiatsu.
Meimeite(Jinsou, C): Employing a great deal of speed the Quincy begins to unleash a rapid fire series of quick, weaker punches. The punches, though not particularly strong, fire off at such a rate to seem almost invisible, like blurs. 900 WC to learn. +5 Spd.
Genwakuashige(Jinsou, E): Powerful technique employed by Jinsoujutsu experts. Using the basis of speed over power the Quincy unleashes a rapidfire volley of kicks that strike straight, left, and right. The kicks are moderately powerful but are fast enough that they are incredibly hard to follow. 1,350 WC to learn. +7 Spd.
Niseikou(Jinsou, M): A must have for any Jinsoujutsu master. Using the ample speed at the Quincy's disposal they use their hands to unleash rapid fire strikes. These strikes can be used to such speed and coordination that the performer strikes twice for every hit unleashed in the barrage. 1,700 WC sc to learn. +10 Spd.
Oshisuibou(Jinsou, M): Technique that strikes the targets pressure points with rapid fire, needle like strikes. If the target is struck by the technique it will cause their body to respond improperly to brain impulses causing discoordination for several moments. 2,500 WC to learn. +5 Spd. -3 Opponents Stam, Spd, Per for 3 turns. Does not stack.
