Dawn of a new day, because why not?

Sansuka sat there, fiddling with paper work and working on things. Sansuka sighed lightly before finishing the last bit of paperwork. "I don't mind at all! I like you, do you think I could be your friend?" The butterfly asked as San leaned back in his chair and put his feet up on the desk. As he watched Sayomi and the butterfly talk he smiled lightly and spoke up. "He used to be my Daughter's. When she was a child, she didn't have any real friends. Instead, she made a friend out of little Amaichou here. At first I was hesitant, but, it seemed like they were good for each other. So I encouraged them to be friends more. I even made sure he didn't have to do much work. Come to think of it, She did have another friend too. Ah yes, a blue Jay." He said as almost the exact same time a peck from his window broke his view. He gazed over and smiled lightly before speaking. "Speak of the devil. There she is. Well, go open the window and say Hi. It seems they've taken a liking to you."

He smiled lightly as he remembered when Hana first came home with the pure white Blue Jay on her shoulder. She was so happy, and it made him happy too. "You know, I think it's best if you took care of them. I mean, I know it might be a bit much but, well I can't always be around. While they need to be taken care of properly, you also need friends too. So I think it's the perfect middle ground. What do you say?" He smiled brightly and spoke up once more. "Oh, don't worry about food or bedding or anything. I'll pay for it all."

As she watched the small butterfly float around she gave a nice nod. "Of course! i'm always happy to have more friends!" She had grown somewhat accustomed to the home and office. Mostly because of homework. Who knew you still needed mathematics even when you're dead? Still as she wrote down her name there was one assignment that seemed to stand out. It looked sort of like a form, perhaps to get her ready for the end of schooling. Boy did time fly fast. Of course after filling out every other question she came to a halt at one. Male or female, it's such an easy thing to think of. After all she'd pick female right? Being that she identified as a woman. But every time she had come to that question, in and out of schools and job applications it wasn't as easy of a thought as many would assume. "Well I bet your little girl was just an angel." She mentioned looking to him with a bright smile.

It was then she gave a thought and a sigh as she tapped the pen to the paper. "I wish I could have been able to have a kid. Doctors mentioned I couldn't, ever...But y'know I guess I don't mind. I dunno what I'd do if one of my kids ever got hurt." As she noticed the jay come in she looked to Sansuka. It was then as the jay would near her she'd gently brush the side of their chin. "I'm sure that sounds nice, but what would sound nicer is if you didn't think so dull about not being around long. You don't know when you could get killed just as much as I had no idea when or where I'd die." She pointed out petting the bird with her finger. She seemed so positive on the outlook on life and death. Despite everything she tried to find the good in it. "I get that you're busy, but I also know you tend to be very bleak sounding when it comes to how dangerous things are. Stop worrying over that and just enjoy the day not the countdown."

Sansuka sat there, his eyes partially closed listening to her. It was nearing time for her to graduate. Time flew by so fast and yet, it was such a short time ago they met. Ah, perhaps it was just his own odd thought on life. He'd listen to a sentence that she said which he immediately responded to. "Oh? I'm sorry to hear that. It's actually general practice to adopt here. It's rare that two souls actually have a child. If you don't mind me asking, how come? I mean, I don't mean to pry but, Im genuinely interested in your well-being. It's possible that what ever ailed you might not ail you here." He said as he smiled lightly and raised his hands to rest behind his head. He'd open his eyes now and watch Sayomi filling out the needed paperwork. His eyes examined her closely and smiled lightly seeing her figure. He enjoyed what she looked like. Even though there were things he didn't know. But if he ever found out, well, he'd be ok with that too. But what was the best, was that, he enjoyed her none the less.

Sayomi sat the notes aside for now. Not hoping to shirk her homework as it was basically already done. But rather she didn't want it getting misplaced. If anything she wondered if she could be considered the highest GPA or fastest graduate. Either which way was an accomplishment on it's own right. With him speaking on the idea of having a kid to her own and why she couldn't. "Oh adoption is amazing don't get me wrong, but well like I said when I was alive I couldn't bare to have a kid around what I was. Let alone leave the poor dear alone without me. Here I suppose could work though, but I'll need to debate that for a long time. I can't just jump to that conclusion right off the bat." She mentioned thinking on as she heard him asking into her more private matters. She wasn't put off on the idea rather instead she answered but with a sigh.

"Well I doubt I'd be able to even now. Don't get me wrong it's a nice idea! But what had held me up in life isn't just going to go away with death. If anything it's kinda stuck there forever I guess. Though I guess it's kinda grown on me a bit." She chuckled at the thought as she looked up towards him. As she went on to let the bird be seated onto the table top. Her mind had her eyes close as she sat back against the chair. Thinking on as she looked up to the ceiling now. "I kinda wish I could have been better friends with my classmates. But they were much younger and most of them were kinda offput from that fight we had during the early days. It's funny how many times they asked how I knew you."

Sansuka started to fade a small bit to sleep as he spoke. "Haha, yeah. I suppose it is kind of funny. What did you tell them by the way?" He asked, genuinely curious. His eyes would close as he started to think of future things that could happen, well more like that he hoped would happen. His mind scurried across to the pond where he would make a grand attempt at telling her how he felt. And form there, his mind seemed to skip to all sorts of different things like dates and happieness. But alas, it was cut short by his thoughts of how oblivious she was. He frowned slightly at this thought, knowing that the way she is now, they'd never be together. At least, not in a traditional sense. He supposed he could be clsoe friends with her, that was ok. But his longing was much more. He actually felt, odd at this fact. He thought it was a tad bit different to be so attracted to someone like this. He felt, as if his mind and body wanted him to move fast but her obliviousness were keeping her from going like that. Ah, but perhaps it was for the better. Besides, he had a lot of things to worry about and adding a woman to that would make it double the amount of things, wouldn't it?

Sayomi was somewhat confused with the mood drop. But carried on to explain what she had heard. "Well they weren't as new as I was, but they totally knew all about you from the teachers. So they were wondering if I was badly hurt. I really wasn't that hurt, I mean I kinda would expect a few bumps!" A giggle escaped her on the matter. Just as she mentioned, she hadn't blamed him or connected him to her past lives. But rather it was her self blaming that caused the draw back. Soon as she had gotten over most of that she quite possibly had gotten better. Of course though she didn't want to test anything until she was out of school. After a moment on that thought however she decided to sit her arms at the desk and look right up at him. "Aw don't go pouting on me! I'm gonna be able to train under you more! Perhaps even one day work along with you!" She said excitedly on the idea. Whether her obliviousness was that, she just had her mind set on a happiness.

Sansuka looked down and over to her as he opened his eyes. A soft smile came to his lips as he nodded and spoke. "No, I know. It's not that. But don't worry. It's nothing bad or major. Just thoughts I have is all. Fantasies if you will." He said lightly before crossing his arms across his chest. He'd close his eyes once more before speaking again. "We need to train you more in Kidou. And eventually learn some good other Kido too. Just because you're graduating doesn't mean you stop training. Just remember that. There's always something to learn. Even I can learn new things." He said lightly before fading slightly to sleep. He wasn't sure what to do just yet, but pretty soon they'd go ham and celebrate on gradiuation. Maybe even celebrate before she had it. It wouldn't be so bad to celebrate early would it? Besides, if he was lucky he'd get a few tugs at her butt or something. A short smirk came across his lips but it soon faded as he realized she most likely wouldn't like that. He shook his head softly after realizing it.

She took a moment to hear him mention the topic wasn't about worry over safety. Sayomi then seemed somewhat concerned nevertheless. Considering that sounds like something vague. "Well I suppose whatever they are I hope they come true for you." She smiled still just as oblivious as ever. It was then she overheard the mention of training. Kido training, more specifically the healing. Something she had hoped to work on as soon as she could. Though the primary thing was that she had to learn to fight and defend herself right. Let alone the other important aspects such as balance and control. Now she wasn't anywhere near to even a pinch of his power. However she had grown in what she practiced on. Despite everything and all her classes she still hadn't tried to wound someone. Not so much out of not willing to fight, she most certainly could. Rather harming anyone else who wasn't a danger to her just seemed pointless and wrong.

Granted as time went on she was able to defend and dodge more so. But she always took care to go only as far as need be and then stop. When against the teachers it was fine to let it all out. But other students, especially ones younger than she was. She couldn't bare to hurt them. So instead she decided to train not in strength but precision. Hit one spot and finish the battle without a second thought. Soon as she could near an opponent enough to touch them with the blade, not cut but just touch, she backed off. Only in real battle would she want to harm for the sake of protecting. Even then if there was even an ounce of regret however she still lacked the will to hurt them. A fatal flaw she'd have to work on under Sansuka. But for now it was cause for celebration that she was graduating. "Yes captain, I think I'd like to learn more honestly." She teased calling him captain rather than by her short nickname to him. It was all in good fun to take a time to celebrate and a time to work.

Sansuka smiled at her comment saying captain. He let his chair fall to it's feet as he stood up and spoke with a heavy almost funny voice. "WELL THEN, as your future Captain, I order you to celebrate your graduation with me." He said raising his gourd for a moment before taking a swig of it and tieing it to his belt. Then, he would smile brightly as he started heading towards the door. He would stop abruptly before looking at her and speaking lightly. "uh, where could we go though? I guess we could buy you some stuff as celebration. You know what, yeah. Lets go ham on silly things to buy. Come come, Sayomi." He said as he smiled brightly and stuffed his hands in his pockets. Today was much like a happy go lucky day. He'd trot off towards the shops in the Seireitei with a massive amount of money saved up. He could buy several stores if he wanted to but, he wouldn't. Actually, most of his money had come from his fallen House. He'd remember that briefly before shaking his head and looking to Sayomi in happiness. "Well, I'll take us to the stores and you buy anything you want. Once we get there you can just go crazy." He said smiling lightly and teasing a little as he marched forward towards the stores.

Hearing his enthusiasm had her clap her hands together and stand up in excitement. Not to mention orders were just that. Who was she to go against celebrating. As she headed to the door she was asked where to go. With him mulling over some ideas she thought on and decided to point out something. "Well I know the proper wear is important, but I kinda wanted to try on some different outfits. Maybe you could too! I've never seen any rules against it, especially since you've not had too many callouts now days and all. Besides I wanna see if we could get some swim wear!" She beamed on the thought of it. Nothing to do with perversion but rather to have a more comfortable swimming experience. Sure skinny dipping was nice but a lot of people she's met here are still so very shy to themselves. It's not to mention she herself didn't want to appear nude completely. Her lower end especially to anyone's view. As she followed along she gave out a giggle.

"Ami and Jay you could come along with so long as you're careful!" She mentioned to the creatures however if anything they seemed cozy enough to catch some shut eye rather than travel. So she gave a shrug and decided to continue on with Sansuka. "Y'know I've been trying to look up some traditional japanese stuff like you enjoy while in school. I think I know a perfect swimsuit that would easily fit you! Okay so hear me out I think it's call a Fun doe shee. See I'm getting better!" She mentioned proudly hoping it was up to par. However what she had meant was rather called a fundoshi. More common for men than women however it was true to fit all sizes. Virtually be much more comfortable, and cheaper on fabric than latex or other products not found here.

Sansuka sighed lightly as he stretched a little. "I generally swim nude, unless I go to certain places. But sure, why not?" He said smiling lightly. It was then she mentioned the fundoshi which made him perk an eyebrow. "You're doing good learning. I'm very proud of you!" He smiled and beam brightly as they strolled down some streets. It wouldn't take long, well, no more than perhaps an hour of walking at a snails pace of Sayomi's speed to reach where they were going. As he stepped on to the street which had markets galore, he smiled and looked at how much crap there was! He hadn't been here since he was a Vice Captain looking for toys to occupy his time with while he wasn't doing things. A gentle sigh of happiness came from his lips as he shoved his hands in his pockets. "So, where to first? There's so many stores it's crazy. So take your time."

Sayomi thought on for a moment. "Hmm that sounds like fun, well then again maybe not. I mean it's fine if you don't want one." She said thinking on the possibility of such before ignoring the thought. Nude swimming wasn't bad but rather she felt she couldn't. With that however she soon heard praise over her accomplishments. "I'm glad I am, now let's see." She mentioned looking at the shops and pointing out a clothing shop. Granted it was more feminine but even so it was able to carry other things. "Oh there! Come on, I'll get you a seat so I can try them on!" She giggled out in some excitement.

Sansuka smiled as she pointed out a spot. Well, that would be nice. Oh, that was even better, he thought. As he walked with her, he smiled brightly as he followed. His mind wandering from thing to thing but always seemed to stay with Sayomi's own movements. He smiled even more at the thought of looking at her trying on all sorts of swim suits. He was slightly, happy, about it but he knew that they may never get to be anything more. He was ok with this, but yet, something nagged at him. Perhaps it was his hops and dreams. This chance to be a good friend, and secretly ogle her putting on swim suits was an amazing idea, and one he'd gladly take.

As she gathered a seat and sat it basically in front of the changing stall. After all knowing her she'd be here a while and she at least wanted him to be comfortable. After a couple of minutes of just gathering a few things she took them into the said place. "I'll be out in a bit, just take a seat okay? Thanks!~" She said as Sayomi went on to head in and start trying things on. Most of the clothes seemed pretty traditional here so she sought to bring in a bit more modernization of beauty. Everything from bright colors, to darker than night. Mixing all kinds of colors to compliment and the shapes to give the feeling of asymmetrical. It's not to mention all this talk of death and working against an evil was all so doom and gloom. She wanted to bring a pop of enthusiasm and color. "Hey how about this one?" She asked coming out in a completely black attire.

Sansuka choked for a moment seeing he outfit. He adjusted his seating to cross his legs as he placed his hands in his lap to cover up his now obvious bulge. His eyes closed for a moment before speaking. "I, um, well, its great! I love it. It's not the best for swimming though. Perhaps better for, say, around the house." He smirked a little. In a sense he had suggested that partially because, technically, she currently lived with him. But if one day she got her own place well, that would be fine. Except, he half hoped she didn't. He liked the idea of watching her try on these clothing. She was fantastic in the clothes she'd show him. And some of which, really caused issues with his pants. Of course, she already did that in her own so adding in sexy clothing just made things ten times worse. That is, ten times worse than most others things she could do.

Sayomi looked to turn around trying to see if there was anything out of place. Once noticing a mirror she stood in front of it to look at herself a bit better. "Well yes, but I thought it would be a nice sunny day outfit. It's so easy to move in and maybe I can even dance to some jams!" She thought on to some of her more favorite types. Of course one thing she had to remind herself, this place was more suited to other things. So maybe her music wouldn't quite catch on, but who knows the other students she had been around were newly dead too. "I guess I could wear it just about anytime I wanna relax and move a little. All that fabric has really been weighing me down so much." She said mentioning the outfit that is suited for shinigami wear. It was fine for those who wore that sort of thing even in life but she had the luxury over modern days. Let alone she had never in her life worn geta shoes. It was quite possibly worse than pump heels. Still rules were rules and she obliged them, but when she could sparse her wardrobe to something more comforting it was a load of difference.

With that she decided to shrug and turn back into the changing room. Changing into yet another black outfit. Mostly because they looked so similar and she wasn't sure if the other would fit. As she came out she was in the tighter outfit of the two. Adorning gloves as well because it was considered to her eyes cute. The bottoms to this one were somehow short shorts but somehow looked almost as frilly as underwear. Finally the stockings were just too adorable to pass up. With that she came out to look at her outfit and then to him. "So then how about this one? I was almost kinda worried the shorts wouldn't fit. But it's so comfortable I could practically sleep in this!" She mentioned as she looked to the mirror to see the outfit on her.

Sansuka nodded lightly after seeing the new outfit. He liked it, and with that he grinned a bit as he spoke. "I like it quite a bit. It'd be interesting seeing you run around in that. I'm not sure many people run around in anything but Shihakushou really." He said with a gentle tone. He perked a bit as he shifted his seat and spoke up. "Say, be sure to try one something you'd like to swim in." He said lightly trying to hint that he was planning something. Hopefully she wasn't oblivious about him planning things. But hey, she could be! His eyes would close for a minute or two trying to think of things that would quell the fluttering heart he had. Oh boy was it fluttering. And the hammer was hammering. His eyes looked to her once more as she looked at herself in the mirror. He got a view of her front and back at the same time. Something that sent his body shifting in his seat yet again. "Well, I have to admit you sure do look good in the outfits you've chosen." He smiled lightly as he rested his hands in his lap to help cover up the issues he was having.

Sayomi looked to him as he spoke seeming curious to his words. "Most of the people in school didn't even know where to get anything but one. I mean they're not bad just not what people are used to wearing." She mentioned as she heard the call on the swimwear. She thought a moment nodding on the thought. "Yeah true, hmm well y'know you could pick one out and I'll try it on if you wanna. It was just too hard to choose just one that I thought maybe you'd have a good idea." She smiled at the thought. She wasn't kidding either considering many women's wear for swim suits were so versatile that there wasn't ever two that even seemed alike. Perhaps with his help it would lower the options. Especially since she didn't want to wear every single piece in the store just to see it on her. Granted he had the money but they didn't have time like that. She wanted a party not a day of changing in and out for hours.

Sansuka seemed to beam brightly a bit at the thought of choosing swimwear for Sayomi. His eyes would slowly scan around before finding an interesting swimsuit. It was a two piece suit, and from the look of it, it would fit Sayomi nicely. In fact, if Sayomi were to see it, it would be just the perfect size to hide any special utilities she may be carrying. Of course, that was if the utility didn't decide to make itself known. A gentle smile would come from his lips as he pointed to it. He'd even go as far as to stand up if need be. He'd avoid trying to face her indirectly as it was easier to hide his issue if she looked at him head on. His soft smile leading himself to be quite happy as he was. His eyes would close for a second just thinking of Sayomi in the outfit. A soft giggle escaped his lips but it was barely audible. After pointing it out, he would sit back down and cross his legs, trying to hide things. He'd rest his hand on his knee and gaze at the changing room waiting for her to come out. The suit seemed slightly leathery perhaps? He wasn't sure as fabrics wasn't his strong suit.

As she looked at it she thought on about how it felt and looked. It was then that she gave a cheerful smile on the choice. "Ah this one does look really pretty!" She exclaimed as she headed in to change. After some moments of adjustments she finally felt comfortable enough to walk around in it. Soon stepping outside to see him. She stood there for a moment before turning around to show the back. "So what do you think? I love how shiny it is." She pointed out and soon headed to the mirror to check it up close for herself. Heck she was giddy enough to do photographic poses. "Gosh if I didn't already know I had a good form I would have seen it now! I love this!"

Sansuka beamed brightly as he saw Sayomi in the outfit. It was perfect for sure! He stared for a minute and placed his hand to his chin making it seem like he was formulating an opinion. After careful consideration he nodded lightly and pointed to her as he spoke. "At first I thought it was ok. But after seeing it on you, I think it looks fantastic and just the embodiment of perfection!" He said in a slightly giddy voice. It seemed Sayomi's happy go lucky nature was starting to rub off on him. Well, that might not be the only thing. Sansuka's eyes closed for a minute before letting off a chuckle and speaking. "Are there any more things you want to check out? I have a surprise lined up for you for your graduation. And it's almost here!" He chuckled a bit before resting his hands inside the opposite sleeves of his Shihakushou. He'd examine Sayomi carefully and watch every movement she made. Pretty soon it was time for her graduation. And with that, it would be time to put her in a squad.

Sayomi turn around smiling all the while as she gathered up the clothing. "Alright I think I found my favorites, these three are all I wanna get for now." She mentioned holding onto the outfits she had tried on that day. Hearing the cheerfulness in his voice was enthrilling to her. With that said as she thought on carefully. "Hmm nah I think this is fine. We can get some stuff like food planned out but other than that I just want to enjoy some time relaxing." She pleasantly said as she laid the clothing onto the counter. Check out should be plenty easy. Sayomi then took a moment to look around before grinning in a happier tone. "From here on out I'm gonna be the best darn student to ya! Even better than that, I'll be the best vice for you Sans!" She exclaimed happily on the thought. Sure she had a ways to go but even so she wanted this. It was then after checkout and payment she went to head on out, carrying the bags with.

Sansuka nodded lightly as they headed off. He'd grab a bag or two, or rather he'd try to carry them all for her if he could but, knowing Sayomi she'd take most of them. A soft smile came form his lips as he was quite happy they got to spend this time together. Even if it was just her letting him ogle her for a while. Still, he enjoyed every minute of it because man was it amazing. He could stare at her all day and night never getting tired of the view. She was fantastic, and that's what made her special. At least, in the eyes of Sansuka at least.
