Captains Meeting: Debriefing of Quincy War

Walking into the hall Toshiro finally settled back down and picked up his Captain's coat that he had left behind here. Placing it over his shoulders he took a seat in his spot of the meeting hall he then looked at his servant. "Inform all current Captains and high ranking officers to be here tomorrow early morning sharp for the debriefing of the Quincy. Also to make new Captains of vacant Squads! Go!" The servant left as Toshiro took his seat and waited for everyone to arrive for the meeting to begin.

Everyone be here Thursday January 20, 2016!!

Earlier in the day, she had been alerted by an informant from the Captain Commander of the Gotei 13. Moriya Tanakawa of the Fifth Division responded to the request of her presence promptly, as it was her duty now. Despite being one of the more laid back, she was not about to shirk off and deny appearing before the lead Shinigami. 

Moriya wasted no time in leaving her squad's grounds. She walked casually with her arms slightly folded behind her back. The smallest of smiles on her face as she approached her destination. Her footsteps slowed once she got closer to the gates. There was a man dressed in the same black robes as her, but he was of a different occupation. "State your name and business," he requested of Moriya, and she stopped in front of him.

Giving a brief nod, Moriya readily addressed her reasons for coming to the grounds of the Captain Commander. "My name is Moriya Tanakawa of the Fifth Division. I've arrived to attend the scheduled Captains' meeting with the Captain Commander," she said honestly. The guard looked her over for a moment, but approved of it and allowed for her to pass. A loud noise, like a gate unlocking, notified Moriya that it was time to enter the barracks. As she passed by the lone guardian, Moriya gave a little wink. "Stay wary out here."

"Hm, I must be the first one," she moved her hands from behind her back, and rubbed the side of her neck as soon as the doors closed behind her. There was no sign of any other squads, except for the Captain Commander himself. Perhaps she had arrived too early. But, nonetheless, she was there to attend the meeting. Moriya walked on to the hall where the briefing was to be conducted. There, sitting in the commander's seat, was an older Shinigami with his haori over his shoulders. "Good day, sir," she respectfully bowed, and took her place at the left side of the room. "Forgive me if I am too early."

Kami had been sitting on his bed for the past hour staring at his old captains coat. He'd been reminiscing ever since he received the Captain Commander's message. Unsure of what the Commander would want from him, maybe he would finally be punished for his bloodlust on the battlefield, or be considered to dangerous. All he knew was that he just woke up from a coma into a new Soul Society. Kami let his head fall into his lap for a few moments, before looking up at the ceiling and letting out a deep sigh."I guess its about time that I leave to meet my fate."Was the only thought that came to his mind. He stood up slowly, picked up his sword and quick stepped to his destination.

Upon arriving at the gates Kami stopped infront of the guard. After a brief moment Kami showed his respect and slightly bowed."Kamisama Shiro, Second Division. I'm sure you know my reason for being here."
The guard bowed in return and stepped aside to let Kami through.
He could careless about his surroundings,except that he noticed that there were only two other shinigami present. One was very clearly the Captain Commander, there was no mistaking that much. The other presence wasn't clear to him, must have been someone he wasn't aquatinted with but definitely someone of power. He was stuck in his ways of always wanting to know those around him, he couldn't get over his trust issues.
"Geez, I hope Im not late. And I sure as hell hope Im not too early."
Before walking to his place on the right side of the room directly across from the other shinigami, Kami respectfully bowed to the group and said his greetings.

Looking in front of him he saw two seated officers here that he recognized from before the fighting really began. He knew why these two stayed out of it since they were not Captains or Lieutenants. Clearing his throat promptly he stood up and walked closer to them both. "Welcome both of you, I summoned you seated officers with the sole purpose of making new Captains and fill Vacant Seats." Looking over at the male he knew that this one was a special case compared to the woman over there.

Taking a quick glance at the woman on the other side he only sighed as he knew that an entire new generation of captains were about to be made. Examining their spiritual pressures he knew that each were of captain class and had Bankai, without really hesitating he just pointed them both to two captains coats on the walls. "You both are now captains of your respective Squads. Do put on your coats quickly and line up. The others are on their way." He walked back to his chair and sat down to wait for the others to arrive and start this meeting.

Jinjako Shunpoed in front of the gates and Spoke to the guards,

"Jinjako Hiroji of the 8th Division Reporting for the Captains Meeting."

Jinjako walked into the gate, as he arrived upon the meeting he seen two new faces. One look familiar in some way, like he knew him. Then there was a woman. He continued to walk up and take his respective spot in the lineup. He nodded to the Captain Commander and waitd for the others to arrive.

Kami hated authority, he was disgusted by anyone who thought that they held a rank and he was always quick to show them why they weren't deserving. One reason why he was so terrible in the human world. Whenever he went there on a mission he always ended up in one thing or another. Although his love an loyalty to Soul Society and the Gotei 13, gave him a great loyalty, respect and regard for only two authority figures, The Captain Commander and the Soul King himself. For this reason Kami didn't hesitate for a moment to do exactly as he was told. He picked up his new coat giving it a quick glance before proceeding to wear it. Kami caught a figure entering from the corner of his eye. He turned to get a better look, and for some reason this person looked familiar unlike the woman, but he couldn't quite place his finger on it. Unwilling to stand in place looking like an idiot he quickly gave up. Giving the Commander a slow and shallow bow of gratitude, Kami took his place and waited.

Kali got the notification to appear in the Captains meeting. She finished up her paperwork and grabbed her Captains coat and her sword and set off.

Kali Finally arrived at the Gate, The guards opened the gate without question due to her look on her face. She flowed past them seamlessly. When she arrived at the meeting she saw Jinjako was the first Captain that she knew here. There were two other Captains, these must be the new captains of 2 and 5. She nodded to them and then to the commander and took her place.

Getting the notice of the meeting Uchiro made it to the meeting room without wasting any time to see what it's about. Within a moment of walking in he saw two captains he knew and two new captains. Only nodding for a quick moment Uchiro quickly got into his spot of the line up and looked over at Toshiro thinking that this meeting must be something quick. Turning his attention to the new Captains he knew that things were going to be changing soon so he just stood there and waited for the meeting to begin.

Moriya straightened up when the Captain Commander approached and welcomed her and another new addition to the captains. At that same moment, several Captain-level Shinigami entered the hall. They weren't the most familiar faces, but there was no time to be bringing up conversation. She was instructed to don the Captain's haori. And so, with a brief nod to her superior, Moriya went over to where hers was and put it on before lining up with the other captains. There, the new captain of Squad 5 waited for the rest of the meeting.

Arriving quickly he stepped into the door and waited to look around at who was all here. Noticing two new captains standing near the front he just nodded and stood in his respective spot to await on the others.

Looking out at all of the Captains standing before him he knew they were still lacking in strength in numbers however these Captains will be the pillars to rebuilding the Soul Society. "Thank you everyone for coming on such a short notice. As you all may know that Yhwach the leader of the Quincy has fallen and his remains were destroyed. Thus it has brought an end to the war with the Quincy." Pacing his eyes back and forth he then cleared his throat and continued. "However with the end of one war another could begin. So I am advising you all to train as much as possible. I shall explain the main reason I summoned you all here." Coughing a little he then cleared his throat once again as he looked over at Uchiro and Blakdeath.

"Captain of Squad 3 Uchiro Kamashi and Captain of Squad 11 Blakdeath, both of you are to go to the world of the living with a select team of your Squads and reestablish our connection with the souls there." Taking his eyes off them and onto the Captain of Squad 2 while clearing his throat once again to speak. "Captain of Squad 2 Kamisama Shiro, you are to track down any remains of the Wandenreich and execute them as quickly and quietly as possible." Looking over at the Captain of Squad 5 he knew that this one he had to set up as someone to regather all things of the Soul Society. So quickly regaining his composure he thought of what he wanted to say to her to get this meeting finished and over with.

"Captain of Squad 5 Moriya Tanakawa, you are in charge of rebuilding the Soul Society. Mainly focus on the Academy so we may get new recruits put in to rebuild the Gotei 13." Last but not least he looked over at Jinjako the Captain of Squad 8, whom out of anyone here is the oldest Captain remaining of the previous generations. "Captain of Squad 8 Jinjako Hiroji, I am placing you in charge of boosting the moral of the citizens in the Rukongai and once the Academy is rebuilt I want you to become a teacher there. You are the oldest among all Captains here excluding myself, so this job is fitting to go with your experience." Taking his seat once more he then looked out at all of his captains once again he then gave it his best voice possible. "That is all everyone! Please do your assigned jobs as quickly as possible and stay in contact so I can be up to date as to what is going on! You are all Dismissed!"

Listening to the Captain Commander speak, Moriya heard some satisfying words. One war being ended was a good success, especially when it was against the Quincies. Of course, should there be another one, she'd be among the ready. Before that could happen, though, there was preparations and whatnot. 

Captain Tanakawa listened on as all jobs were appointed. Once it got down to her name being spoken, she listened carefully. As soon as the rest of the captains were given their duties, Moriya closed her eyes out of thought. "Rebuilding the Soul Society, eh?" she folded her arms, but smiled. She was no expert on building structures, or anything of the sort. But, she understood that it was for the Soul Society's well-being. "For all of our sakes, I'll be working hard. With my own hands, even. In due time, we should be seeing everything in great shape."

Moriya then turned on her heels and moved for the exit. First it was off to her barracks to rally up the squad members. If the work was to be done swiftly, she would need help from everyone.

Jinjako Listened well. He understood Why he was given the Task at hand.

"I will do my best to Shape New recruits to Serve and Protect."

Jinjako then Turned to Kali and nodded, They were both gone in a flash to the Academy.

Listening to the ending speech is what Uchiro was mainly looking forward to hearing. This marked the end of the Quincy reign over the Shinigami and even their standing in the worlds. Turning his way to the door he headed out the door only looking back at Blakdeath. Nodding quickly he used shunpo and left the Squad one barracks heading off to prepare for his trip.

Kami listened with attentive ears as the Commander spoke. His heart pounded as his name was called and orders were given. He tried his hardest to suppress his lust for blood, as a hint of a smile slide onto his face. He nodded to the Commander and let his head hang.
Without a single sign of motion, he was gone to assemble his men.


Sc 5

Upon hearing his orders he knew that this mission was one of the most important but he really did not want to do it. Either way he took his bow and left the room looking for Uchiro to join him on the mission. He just wanted to get to the world of the living to take a nap and relax. Using his Shunpo he left the Squad 1 barracks to head over to the Noble Clans region to begin his search.

Standing up from his chair Toshiro began to leave the room as he knew that there was much work to be done. Stopping right at the edge of the door way he then stopped and sensed something about Blakdeath that he had failed to notice before. His spiritual pressure was very erratic around Uchiro and it could mean bad news if it were to go out of control. Deciding to change his orders he sent out a message speaking the following. "A change of Plans, Squad 11 is to be placed on stand by while Squad 5 is to accompany Squad 3 to the world of the Living! Please follow these orders quickly and swiftly! That is all!"

After submitting that message to a hell butterfly he sent it out to the Squad Captains involved and was only hoping that things can get underway quickly.
